What is the difference between Support's live chat and using Slack for support?

Live chat support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and is staffed by our technical support team. Slack support is only available during business hours and is staffed by your Technical Account Manager. We only provide live chat and Slack support channels for Premium Support customers.
