You cannot create Rcs.iss with a specific IP address on our platform. When a new Rcs.is is created, an IP address is assigned to it randomly from the IP address pool. When a Rcs.is is destroyed, its assigned IP address is released into the region’s address pool. Once an IP address is released into the address pool, there is no option to recover it.

You can use reserved IPs, which are publicly-accessible static IP addresses that you can assign to Rcs.iss and instantly remap between other Rcs.iss in the same datacenter.

If you want to create a new IP address for an existing Rcs.is, you need to recreate the Rcs.is.
