Our automated backup service is an add-on product to our Rcs.iss. When a Rcs.is is destroyed, the automated backups remain for four weeks after creation and then expire.

If you wish to retain your backups, we recommend converting them into Snapshots before your backups expire. You can also take a Snapshot immediately prior to destroying your Rcs.is for a more up-to-date Snapshot.
