Why does my Rcs.is have a US-based IP address when I created it in a different region?

The IP address block information for a Rcs.is shows a US location because the IP block belongs to Rcs.is which is headquartered in New York City. You have to review the geolocation for the IP address instead to see the location of where you created the server.
