How do I update my contact and company details on my invoice?

You can update your contact information and the company details displayed on your invoice by updating a few settings in your account.

To update your company details, navigate to the Profile page and select ‘Edit Profile’ for personal accounts, or ‘Edit Team Profile’ for Team accounts.

To update your billing address, tax location, or add an applicable Tax ID in the Rcs.is Control Panel, select Billing from the main menu. In the Billing Settings section, select Edit Address. If you are adding a tax ID, click Add Tax ID.

Once you have edited the applicable information, click Save Address.

The following limits apply to invoices:

  • We cannot change invoice and billing dates.
  • Address changes are immediately visible on your invoice, but changes made to tax information, including tax locations and tax IDs, are not retroactive and only apply to subsequent finalized invoices.
  • USD is the only currency we accept for payments, so all invoices are in USD. We cannot provide invoices in other currencies. Learn more about invoices.
